For Researchers

Every production lot is analyzed by reverse-phase HPLC for identity and purity, and tested for residual solvents. Each Certificate of Analysis is linked to the specific batch you received. The purity figure shown on each product page reflects the most recent COA on record for that compound.
Every shipment uses validated insulated packaging with phase-change cold packs calibrated to hold contents in the 2–8 °C band for up to 72 hours from ship time. Transit windows are tuned to stay inside that stability budget. If a shipment arrives warm, contact support within 24 hours — we replace at our cost.
A pen removes three sources of variance: (1) reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, (2) dose-volume math from a lyophilized mass, and (3) syringe transfer loss. You click a dose on the dial and inject — the concentration is fixed and released against pre-registered specification. Nothing to reconstitute, nothing to calculate.
Most competitor research vials ship 5 mg or 10 mg of lyophilized powder. Our pens typically carry 5, 15, or 30 mg of active mass. Because of the mass differential, effective €/mg is often 2–3× lower than the comparable powder SKU despite a higher unit price. Every compound's €/mg figure is listed on its product page and in the full compare table.
Yes. Every product page links the most recent batch COA, and the Lab results page lists every compound with its batch number, purity, and test date.
0.1 mg per click on most models. Dial range and maximum-per-injection limits vary by compound — each product's 'Full specification' block on its PDP calls out the exact increment and range for that SKU.
Unopened pens stored refrigerated are stable until the printed expiration date. In-use stability (after first injection) varies by compound; most research-grade peptides in pen format are stable 28 days at 2–8 °C. Individual product pages carry per-SKU storage and in-use notes.
Every batch is produced in a licensed EU pharmaceutical facility operating under cGMP. Release testing follows pre-registered identity and purity specifications. The specific facility code is shared with institutional buyers on request.

Compounds & terminology

A peptide is a short chain of amino acids (typically 2–50) that acts as a signalling molecule in biological systems. In a research context, specific peptides are used to study pathways, receptor interactions, and protein behaviour in vitro. Saúde Brazil supplies chemically defined peptide compounds for exactly this kind of work — sold as research reference material, not as a therapeutic product.
mg is a mass unit (milligrams of peptide). IU (International Units) is a potency unit used for some peptides where activity is the reference rather than mass. Our pens are labeled in mg everywhere; a few compounds historically reported in IU are cross-referenced in the full specification block on their PDP.
Three reasons: (1) dose precision — the dial releases a calibrated amount without reconstitution math; (2) stability — the peptide stays in a sealed, factory-prepared solvent system; (3) contamination control — no bacteriostatic water handling, no multi-draw septum wear. Pens trade cost per mg against reproducibility of dosing.

Research use

Saúde Brazil products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, agricultural, or household use. Purchasers affirm this at checkout.
We sell to qualified researchers, which includes independent researchers who take responsibility for proper handling and compliance with local regulations. There is no institutional affiliation requirement, but the research-use agreement at checkout is binding.
No. Every product description on this site is framed as research context. Any reference to mechanism, pathway, or study is drawn from peer-reviewed literature and is not a claim about efficacy, safety, or intended use.
Our products are sold as research reference material and are not supplied with the pharmaceutical-grade release documentation required for human clinical studies. Institutional buyers running regulated clinical research should source from a GMP pharmaceutical supplier; we'll happily confirm this in writing if your ethics committee requests it.

Orders & account

Yes — an account is created on your first order via a one-time magic link emailed to you. There's no password to remember and no application form. The account lets you access order history, COAs for your batch, tracking information, and the one-click reorder button.
You can sign in using your email or sign in with google at the top-right login button.
Yes, if it hasn't shipped. Orders marked fulfilled are in transit and can't be changed; for anything else, reply to your order confirmation email or message [email protected] within a few hours of placing it.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping confirmation email with carrier, tracking number, and a direct tracking link. The same information is visible on your order detail page under 'Account → order #'.

Shipping & delivery

We currently ship exclusively within Brazil. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your address, please email [email protected] before placing your order.
Every shipment uses validated insulated packaging with phase-change cold packs. Transit windows are tuned to keep the product at 2–8 °C for up to 72 hours from ship time.
Orders ship within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Most US addresses receive their shipment in 2–3 business days.
Carriers pick up Monday through Friday. Orders placed late Friday through Sunday are packed and handed to the carrier on the next business day to avoid the product sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. This protects cold-chain integrity.
No signature by default. If you need signature-required service for institutional receiving, add a note to your order or contact support before shipping and we'll upgrade the label at cost.
Cold-chain shipping is a flat €25 per shipment — this covers the insulated packaging, ice pack, and carrier cold-chain surcharge required to deliver peptides at a stable 2–8 °C. Orders €300 and above ship free. Flat-rate pricing means bundle and multi-pen orders carry the same base — buying more is more economical per pen.
Contact support within 24 hours with photos of the package and ice packs. We replace compromised shipments at our cost.

Returns & replacements

Unopened, refrigerated pens can be returned within 7 days of delivery with cold-chain integrity intact. Opened products are non-returnable. Damaged or compromised shipments are replaced at our cost — report them within 24 hours with photos. Full policy at /legal/returns.
Once a returned shipment is received and the cold-chain integrity verified, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
No. We replace the damaged item only; the rest of your order stays with you. Send us photos of the damaged unit and the package condition within 24 hours and we ship a replacement on the next business day.
Yes. Any order still showing as 'pending' or 'paid' (not yet marked fulfilled) can be cancelled with a full refund. Once the order is packed and handed to the carrier, the return policy applies.

Bundles & stacks

A stack is a curated bundle of 2–4 complementary compounds commonly studied together in a specific research context — for example, our Metabolic Stack with Retatrutide + Cagrilintide + Tesamorelin. Stacks are sold at a bundle price that's lower than the sum of standalone items.
Not at the bundle price — each stack is a fixed composition. You can always build a custom set by adding standalone SKUs to your cart; the €/mg and total-mass rollups on the cart panel give you the economics for whatever combination you choose.
Bundle prices are set independently, so a standalone price change doesn't automatically reprice the bundle. If a bundle becomes significantly cheaper or more expensive than the sum of its parts after a price update, we adjust the bundle price on our next review.

Storage & handling

Refrigerate 2–8 °C. Do not freeze. Protect from light. Once in use, most pens are stable at room temperature for up to 28 days — check each product's storage notes.
Unopened pens stored refrigerated are stable until the printed expiration date. Once in use, the stability window varies by compound (see each product page).
Discard it. Freeze/thaw cycles can disrupt peptide structure in solution, and we can't guarantee purity or potency after freezing. If it happened in transit, contact support with photos and we'll replace it.

Payments

We currently accept payments via PIX only. After placing your order, our team will follow up with the PIX payment instructions and confirm your order once payment has been received.
Research peptides fall into a high-risk category that standard processors decline. Using specialist high-risk processors ensures payment continuity — your orders don't suddenly stop working because of a policy change at a mainstream provider.

Contact & support

Email [email protected] for general questions or reply directly to any email we've sent you. We respond within 1 business day during US business hours (weekdays, 9am–6pm ET).
